Baba (Braves Are Born Again) is a free, 24/7 AI emotional support companion. It combines mental wellness, health coaching, community, and smart AI into one platform — all completely free, forever.

The heart of Baba. This is your private, always-available space to talk about anything — your day, your worries, your goals, your feelings. Baba remembers who you are and builds on past conversations.

A dedicated safe space designed specifically for emotional processing. Unlike general chat, this section is calibrated for deeper, more compassionate conversations about difficult feelings.

Your personal mental health tracker. Log your mood daily and over time Baba reveals patterns — what lifts you up, what brings you down, and how you're progressing overall.

A full-featured fitness and nutrition coach powered by AI. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, eat better, or just move more — Baba creates personalized plans and tracks your progress.

Baba curates news and trend articles relevant to mental health, wellness, fitness, and life. Stay informed without the overwhelm of traditional news feeds.

A supportive, moderated community where members share experiences, celebrate wins, support each other through hard times, and build real connections.

Talk to Baba out loud, just like calling a friend. Voice Chat uses speech-to-text to hear you and text-to-speech to talk back. Perfect when typing feels like too much effort.

Structured, AI-generated courses on emotional intelligence, mental health, relationships, mindfulness, and more. Complete at your own pace with exercises and reflection prompts built in.

A community marketplace where members can buy, sell, rent, find services, jobs, and housing. All listings are created by real community members.

Your personal hub. Manage your account settings, track your achievements, set wellness goals, and customize how Baba interacts with you.

Your personalized command center. The Dashboard brings together all your data — mood trends, fitness stats, conversation activity, learning progress, and marketplace activity — in one place.

Private, encrypted direct messaging between community members. Build real relationships with people who understand your journey.

Baba is free for everyone. The Pay It Forward program allows those who can to support those who can't — funding free access for the entire community.
